* History: Owner Ben Sutton founded Albatross in April 2022 to provide Chattanooga with a simulated golf experience where golfers of all skill levels can have fun, improve their game and enjoy food and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere. Since Albatross is an indoor simulator and bar, patrons can enjoy the experience year-round regardless of weather conditions.

* Services/Products: By using Trackman radar systems in its simulators, Albatross can track 10 different variables of a golfer's swing to help users understand and improve their game performance. The simulators allow users to golf across the world with more than 100 different courses programmed into the system. Users can play different games in the simulators, and each month they can participate in tournaments to try and win a variety of prizes.

Albatross offers a wide selection of appetizers, salads, entrees and sides. Draft beers, cocktails and other canned alcoholic beverages are available at the bar, with many non-alcoholic options available as well.

* Cost: The price to golf at Albatross is $40 an hour per simulator bay during peak hours on Fridays from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. During non-peak hours, the price drops to $30 an hour per simulator bay, Mondays through Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on Fridays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Albatross offers several memberships with different pay cycles and commitments ranging in price from $150 to $1,250. Albatross members can play for free on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and receive bay priority on those days. Members pay only $20 an hour on non-member days, and receive 10% off merchandise and food (alcohol not included). Corporate memberships vary in price based on the number of people.

Customers can rent clubs for $5 or bring their own equipment.
