First Horizon Bank has named Jennifer Henderson as banking center manager of the banking center in Ringgold, Georgia. A Dalton, Georgia native, Henderson is a graduate of Dalton State University where she received a bachelor's degree in business with a minor in marketing.

Thalia Cruz has joined Waterhouse Public Relations as an account executive. A native of Cleveland, Tennessee, Cruz is a graduate of Lee University where she was a writer for the award-winning campus publication, Vindagua, to its dedicated team.

John Eger has been named manager of the dealership services group for HHM Certified Public Accountants. He is a graduate of Covenant College and holds both certified public accountant and certified valuation analyst designations.

First Horizon Bank has named Chantel Pitts as the banking center manager of its downtown Chattanooga office. Pitts joined First Horizon as a teller in 2011 and previously served as a financial services representative and a senior relationship banker at the bank.Pitts has served on the family selection committee of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Chattanooga and is the chair of the First Horizon Chattanooga Women's Initiative.

Grant Allen, a chartered financial analyst, has been named a partner at Acumen Wealth Advisors. A graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Allen was previously a performance analyst for the ACA Group and a large group risk manager at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee.

Jordan Bailey, a designer for Hefferlin + Kronenberg Architects, has been promoted to an associate for the Chattanooga architectural firm. A graduate of the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Bailey joined HK in 2015.

Adam Campbell has been named chief of quality and patient safety for Erlanger Health System. Campbell was previously director of clinical improvement and analytics at the Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters in Norfolk, Virginia, and director of clinical policy and analytics at Shriner's Hospitals for Children.

Bill Martin has joined Pinnacle Financial Partners as a financial advisor in the bank's Cleveland, Tennessee, office. Martin previously served as market president and commercial relationship manager for First Horizon Bank.

Sarah Bailey has joined the Chattanooga-based BrightBridge Capital as a credit underwriter. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and she received her Master of Business Administration from East Tennessee State University. She also serves as Chamber of Commerce board member in Claiborne County, Tennessee.

Optomistrist Conner Kapperman has joined his father, Dr. Mark Kapperman, at Drs. Kapperman & McGarvey Eyecare. Like his father, Dr. Conner Kapperman is a graduate of the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis. He completed his residency in Ocular Disease/Refractive and Ocular Surgery at Oklahoma Medical Eye Group and in 2021, he is a Diplomate of the American Board of Optometry and a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry.
